Refunds and Repairs Policy

Buying online can be tricky. If you feel you made a mistake and the item you have purchased is not as you thought it would be, we will happily refund as long as the goods are returned to us unworn and in re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of said goods.

We at Shellshock stand by our product. If the product is faulty or the product is not as described, we will repair or refund in full. 

Faulty jewellery is sometimes repairable. If this is the customer’s preference and the item would be covered by warranty as specified by the NZ Consumers Guarantee Act, we will repair free of charge in a timely manner. Non-warranty repairs will be attended to monthly at the beginning of every calendar month and we will communicate such dates to our customers.
